About Meg

Meet Meg Young.

Meg Young is a product and experience leader with deep expertise in leading design and development teams from white space to market across industries including remote work, healthcare, government, energy, and financial services. She is, like her passions, always curious and ever-evolving.

Meg has been in roles shaping every part of the portfolio, program, and product lifecycle (including supporting the organizational design, infrastructure, and change management to support it) at Mural, AARP, Deloitte Digital, Medullan, CEB now Gartner, and Booz Allen Hamilton. In the DC tech community, Meg teaches brand, product, and design thinking classes at General Assembly. In 2018, Meg founded New Business Casual where she coaches individuals and teams in bringing new skills into the workplace. In 2020, Meg partnered with Stoked and members from Standford's d.school to design the Un-professional platform for a new way to deliver coaching and professional development experiences.
