As a Product Lead at Deloitte Digital, Meg managed several product teams, while developing methodology and recruitment strategies for the digital agency within Deloitte US - for both commercial and Federal programs.
Led a cross-functional product team of 13 in the digital strategy, design and product development of distributed energy and renewable web and mobile products at Exelon Utilities. She led clients in product definition and strategy in to market, specifically with digital tools encouraging consumer adoption of solar and solar technologies. Led requirements analysis and discovery, both shaping and contributing to analysis and system approach to position NIH in streamlining its internal grants-related platform and processes, while minimizing organizational disruption.
Developed training plan and executed operating model for junior product managers rolling out in pods to client sites, especially in areas of integrating UX research into product roadmaps.
